Dr. Franklin (“Lin”) Church has more than 40 years of clinical and administrative experience both in practice and from the health plan perspective.
His special areas of expertise include management, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. With his long career as a physician and subsequent service with a major health care provider. Dr. Church brings a unique perspective on the growing problems associated with health care cost and delivery in the United States.
Dr. Church served as a founding partner of Raleigh Family Physicians, practicing there from 1968 to 1998. From 1999 to 2005, he served as a Senior Vice President and North Carolina Medical Director with MAMSI Health Plans, a United Healthcare Group Company.
Dr. Church has served as a member of the Managed Care Committee of the North Carolina Medical Society and on the Board of the North Carolina Academy of Family Physicians. He is a former president of the North Carolina Academy of Family Physicians.
As Chief Medical Officer of Indus Health, Dr. Church plays an important role in developing relationships in the medical community. He has established risk-management guidelines and patient management practices that ensure proper individualized guidance and high-quality patient-centric care.
